Feeling a Millon $$$
Hey - Everyone, or maybe just myself - I’m here, joined up 10 minutes ago and I’m here for the duration - I AM GOING TO GET TO THAT FITNESS LEVEL I ASPIRE TOO - looking like I feel in my head - a million $$$ !!! I’ve joined because I need real-live support to keep going on this fitness quest - any, all, few, many = words of encouragement would be welcomed - Thanx!
I’ve gone from couch / gourmet enthusiast to some1 whose whipping herself into shape - enuff of looking like a slacker. I wish to feel a million $$$, what I think of myself is not how I appear on the outside - we all deserve to look better & I’m going to (fingers crossed -insh- I say).
I’ve been stupid, going it alone, solo & just not making it. I’ve read all there is to read on fitness lark , remember as much as next person with no avail to significant results! I have a handful of good mates, including family but our fitness goals are world apart - I need people commited to the same cause - so I’ve joined here - Be my buddy - there’s no such thing as too many- hellooo if your out their - reach me!!!
Right now my plan -
1. Target -Eat 1-1200 cals a day ( to shed those excess £s - apparently I only need 1500 calories a day on my current weight, 300*7 = 2100 calorie deficit).. uumm - Needs work, motivation, encouragement to do this.. keep busy, mind -obsession of food! COME ON!
2. Fat ( this means choc/biscuits to me) around 1-200 cals of total calorie allowance ( got to have some - otherwise I will fall of the wagon)! Weigh over this target - OH NO!
3. 4-6 small meals , 2-3 hours apart (keep metabolism going).. I do eat so many times a day - so this is happening - YES!
4. 6 glasses of water + two teas a day ( no alchohol - easy , no pop - ok).. this is happening - YES
5. Fruit & Veges - need to incorparte 5 in to daily eating ( at moment this is very hit and miss).. DEAL WITH IT - Eat the right stuff!
6. Excercise - 4 times a week , plus daily streching , ab crunches and press ups - have managed this for last month - just got to keep it up, put 110% energy into workouts - U CAN DO IT - IT WILL PAY OFF!
